How to use Group Lens
Run one small read, make one dignified move, then check the result.
Group Lens is for fast, ethical perception in live groups. Use it before entering, during a pause, or after leaving the room.
What is the group asking for that no one is saying?
1. Context
Name the size, setting, your role, and familiarity. The same behavior means different things when you are a host, guest, newcomer, leader, observer, or service worker.
2. Snapshot
Tap only what you can actually observe: emotional weather, direction, group shape, inclusion pattern, and hidden tension. These are hypotheses, not facts.
3. Move
Use the generated read to choose one clean move: join, warm, bridge, defer, stabilize, energize, protect, or exit. Do not try to solve the whole room.
4. Calibrate
Later, mark whether the read was accurate and what the group actually needed. The app trains perception by comparing your first read to what unfolded.
